Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to assigned customers through the formulation and execution of strategies and plans that capitalize on the customer’s strengths as supplemented by Triumph products and services.
- Build customer relationships with the assigned customer to guarantee great service.
- Work closely with program managers to support their programs and customer’s needs.
- Have technical ability to create spreadsheets, documentation, presentations, and system savvy to support customer needs
- Respond to all customer inquiries in a timely manner on the processing of customer orders, acknowledgements, Purchase Order amendments, and alteration notification.
- Clearly define and communicate problems as perceived by the customer
- Work closely with program managers putting together proposals for new product introduction
- Help program managers with building presentations for customer visits (program review)
- Monitor special programs and coordinate both internally and externally with the custome
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college a plus
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales position (high school diploma / GED)
- Knowledge of industrial applications for product lines, including the assigned products and their markets
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Integrative team working style
