Overview

 

Based in West Hartford, CT, Triumph Systems, Electronics & Controls employs approximately 550 personnel. The Company’s key products and services include specializing in the design, development, certification, manufacture and repair of fuel pumps, fuel metering units, fuel controls, thermal systems and electronic engine control systems for helicopters and fixed-wing aircraft servicing military, commercial, regional and business jet market segments.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Systems Engineer to join our West Hartford team.  The Systems Engineer will work in a team environment to develop and support products closely coordinated with the Customer, Program Management organization and other engineering disciplines.

Responsibilities

 

  • System definition (software, electronics and mechanical)
  • Detailed trade studies and analysis
  • System modelling and system validation using computer simulation
  • Requirements definition/allocation
  • System integration and test
  • Formal hardware and software verification
  • Customer aircraft and system test support
  • Test equipment design and fabrication
  • Project management (scheduling, budgeting and cost tracking)
