Triumph Systems, Electronics & Controls, part of the Triumph Group, is a leading global independent aerospace fuel system supplier for the commercial, military, helicopter and business jet markets employing approximately 500 employees. The Company’s key products and services include electronic engine controls, fuel metering units, and main fuel pumps for both the OEM and aftermarket end markets.

Triumph is currently seeking a Contract Administrator whose primary responsibilities are:  Customer account management and primary interface, ERP system customer order management/maintenance and overall serving as the organization’s internal and external customer facing administrative liaison, along with but not limited to further duties described below.

  • Participates in front end strategic assessments of business pursuits, proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration and manages customer correspondence and communications to provide for proper fulfillment of the company’s contractual obligations and in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.
  • Performs Contract Review and Risk Identification on contract requirements and terms and conditions
  • Enters all data into ERP sales system and owns demand management and sales order maintenance for each assigned customer
  • Supports and may assist with providing data for Program Management Monthly Program Status Reviews
  • Manages all customer claims and resulting negotiations with the assistance of the Director of CA
  • Ensures PO flow down appears correctly on order and all customer paperwork
  • Assists Finance with collections of aged receivables owed by customers
  • Facilitates the flow down of key customer contract terms to the organization and supports Finance, Program Management, Engineering and Compliance with all contract matters incl. interpretation, regulatory issues and requirements relevant to both Government and Commercial Contracting
  • Initiates and manages the multifunctional department Contract Review process through to completion
  • Maintains custody and order of all contractual documents. Maintains and documents phone and written communications with customers relative to contract issues.
  • BS degree in Business, Engineering or related field required.
  • Three to five years of related experience within a technical customer services or planning group preferred.
  • Ability to apply for and receive security clearance if necessary
  • 0-5% annual travel expected
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Demonstrated contract negotiation and customer management skills
  • Previous contract administration experience in the aerospace industry preferred.
  • Prior planning and scheduling experience in a manufacturing atmosphere preferred.
