Senior Analyst, Quality Engineer/Analysis

Responsibilities
- Maintains the internal audit program: Plans, develops and executes the audit schedule utilizing external auditors when appropriate, to assure that all appropriate aspects of AS9100/AS9110 and other regulatory requirements are being reviewed; trains auditors. Presents the results of audits and status of corrective actions to senior leadership. Maintains audit records.
- Maintains the Corrective Action program: Assigns corrective actions, clearly defining the requirement and discrepancy; meet with necessary personnel to ensure the findings are clear, actions are assigned, and the parties understand the scope of their responsibility. Maintains CAR database; monitors database to ensure timely responses for closure of CARS (internal and external). Assists Triumph departments in developing and implementing effective corrective action. Develop approaches to solve problems identified during quality assurance activities.
- Coordinates the calibration process by assuring that calibration is performed on schedule with minimal impact to workflow; adequate records are maintained on all precision tools, test equipment, and standards, along with the method and time intervals of calibration.
- Performs analysis, tests and process audits to ensure highest quality levels are required and recommends corrective action when necessary.
- Supports activities to enhance performance metrics and trend analysis.
- Supports the warranty program by witnessing component testing, when applicable, to determine if product specifications are met.
- Ensures adherence to company and regulatory requirements.
- Supports the Quality Management System by revises company quality control manuals, quality standards when needed for continuous improvement and reviews test procedures for product evaluation.
- Participate in any customer, 3rd party registration or regulatory audits and coordinate all required corrective action. When applicable, prepare by completing checklists, pull completed work order package for audit, etc.…)
- Administers the Supplier Control process and maintains all documentation.
- Assist with the completion of customer Quality Survey Questionnaires.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education/Training:
• Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of 5 years relevant experience required.
• Experienced Internal Auditor, AS9100 Lead Auditor, NADCAP Certified Auditor, Certified CQA or equivalent
Thorough knowledge of:
• FAA regulations, ISO 9001:2015, AS9100 and AS9110 Quality Management Standards
o Regulatory and industry quality assurance codes and standards
• MS Office (Power Point, Excel, Word)
Skill to:
• Learn industry-related software.
• Read and interpret blueprints, process sheets, and regulatory requirements.
Qualified to:
• Meet the requirements of 14 CFR 145 subpart D: paragraphs 145.155, (Inspection Personnel Requirements)
