  • Education/Training:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Aeronautical Engineering.
  • Thorough knowledge of:
  • CAD Design & Drafting; Proficient SolidWorks
  • Microsoft office basics
  • CMM Programming\ Mastercam
  • Hydraulics Systems
  • Electrical Schematics
  • Skill to:
  • Read, analyze, and interpret drawings, technical publications, etc., to determine design intent for creation

Of test stands

Effectively present information and respond to questions from management

  • Use hand measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and with basic measuring instruments such as an optical comparator
  • Use basic machine tools such as a Bridgeport Mill
  • Operate Coordinate Measuring equipment, Optical Comparators, etc, in Reverse Engineering efforts
  • Work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry
  • Learn industry-related software
