Responsibilities

We are currently seeking an Senior Analyst, Information Technology to support our Product Support locations.  


The incumbent will serve a key role supporting our MRO (maintenance, repair, and operations) facility and can be based in Wellington, KS or Hot Springs, AR.  Responsibilities include analyzing and prioritizing user requirements, completing system maintenance, and providing business specific application / infrastructure support. Additionally, the individual should have intimate knowledge in the operation of Syteline (INFOR). 


In this role, you should be highly analytical and able to understand business needs.  Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities are essential along with the following duties: 


•    Bridge the gap between IT and the business using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements, and deliver data-driven recommendations and report to executives and key stakeholders.
•    Work with business users to appropriately diagnose the nature of their problems and resolve software and hardware device issues as well as access requests and other support requests/troubleshooting
•    Effectively provision, configure, install, and maintain systems, hardware, software, and related infrastructure.
•    Ensures systems hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values, enabling staff and partners.
•    Plan and complete IT projects (e.g. upgrades, hardware/software installations)
•    Provide advice and technical training to business users
•    Provide timely system support to all departments ensuring efficient and accurate information flow throughout the organization.
•    Create and maintain documentation for the businesses IT systems 
•    Establishes and maintains contact with vendors, when required, for support and problem resolution.
•    Other duties & special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, IS or related discipline.
•    Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•    Ability to act independently with limited supervision within scope of responsibility
•    Ability to think on your feet and maintain service levels at all times
•    Ability to have fun in a hectic environment and put customer needs first
•    Ability to listen, understand and translate client requirements
•    Experience supporting public manufacturing businesses; aerospace a plus.
•    Experience with SOX compliance, DFARS compliance, and ITAR Security requirements 
•    Maintain shift/schedule flexibility, provide on-call support and customer service 24x7x365 as needed
•    Remain professional, positive and patient at all time.
•    Must be flexible, dependable and able to multi-task
•    Must be knowledgeable in best practices and the use of IT methodologies
•    Experience in LEAN, SIX SIGMA, and ITIL methodologies a plus
•    10% travel in support of site, regional and managerial priorities
