Responsibilities

Facilitate quotes for domestic and military repairs/ summarize failure analysis reports, issue domestic packing slips/ prepare final failure analysis report/ Prepare 8130-3 for sign off, issue repair material picklist, material management, material forecast, facilitate customer request, submit OP purchase order requisitions, manage Job Orders, inventory warehouse, prepare folder for contract review, repair/warranty status Tracking, Military/ Domestic portal updating.
Inventory Management
•    Establish daily, weekly, and monthly schedules to support customer expected turn-around times and department goals
•    Develop and maintain customer relationships through effective communication, providing scheduling information and conducting status update meetings as required.
•    Create part picklist needed to complete repair, assist stockroom team to pull material needed for orders, issue materials to repair orders.
•    Optimize inventory levels and reduce costs through efficient demand planning and forecasting methods
•    Develop strategies to manage lead times, order quantities, and safety stock/ Transfer orders
Data Analysis and Reporting
•    Generate regular reports on return rates and financial impacts
•    Use data analytic tools to generate accurate sales forecasts, identify potential risks and opportunities, provide actionable insights to management to improve forecasting accuracy.
•    Develop and update production schedules based on sales forecasts and customer requirements 
Collaboration With Cross- Functional Teams
•    Work with quality assurance team to determine if products meet quality standards before customer returns.
•    Work with Purchasing team to status parts needed, align shortages with lead time to supply SRO Demand.

Qualifications

•    High School diploma or equivalent
•    Ability to read and write English
•    Aerospace experience a must. 
•    Strong organizational skills
•    Excellent written/verbal communication skills
•    Strong Windows application computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
•    APICS certification a plus!

Salary: $68,700 - $92,800
