Responsibilities

The Associate Operations Analyst supports daily operational functions to ensure efficient and compliant business practices. This role includes responsibilities in Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), customer service, equipment calibration coordination, employee training, and meticulous record keeping.

Key Responsibilities:

•    EHS Compliance:

o    Support site compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) regulations and internal standards
o    Assist with incident reporting, safety audits, compliance reporting, and corrective action tracking
o    Lead and participate in safety committee activities and EHS improvement initiatives
o    Ensure annual reporting requirements to the state are completed and submitted on time
o    Manage hazardous waste inventory and schedule disposals of waste streams in accordance with regulatory requirements 

•    Customer Service:

o    Provide timely support and communication to internal and external customers
o    Coordinate customer orders with planning and scheduling 
o    Provide customer quotes for pricing and lead time 
o    Monitor and address customer feedback to maintain good relationships with customer base 

•    Calibration Coordination:

o    Schedule and coordinate equipment calibration services with approved outside contractors
o    Ensure all calibration activities are completed on time and documented per company requirements
o    Maintain an up-to-date database of equipment status and certificates

•    Record Keeping & Documentation:

o    Maintain organized and accurate records for EHS, training, calibration, and operational metrics
o    Assist with document control and compliance audits as needed
o    Maintain work instructions and procedures as needed 

•    Employee Training:

o    Support the onboarding and continuous training process for employees
o    Track completion of required training modules and maintain related documentation
o    Coordinate with supervisors to ensure training needs are met across departments

Qualifications

Qualifications:


•    High school diploma required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Safety, or a related field a plus
•    1–3 years of experience in operations, quality, EHS or administrative support roles
•    Familiarity with EHS standards, customer service practices, and calibration protocols a plus
•    Strong organizational and communication skills
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with databases and ERP systems
