  • Ensure the Internal Audit organization is a full partner in driving company execution and improving site operations through guidance on compliance to customer/regulatory/statutory requirements
  • Ownership of the yearly Audit Plan
  • Contribute and participate in providing guidance/training to the QA team in respect to upcoming changes to AS9100 by actively staying abreast of industry changes
  • Manage site Production Accountability (PA) Audit process
  • Actively interface with customers / registrar to promote positive, constructive relationships resulting in increased customer satisfaction within the context of our QMS certification/Internal Audit process
  • Ensures the effectiveness of the Internal/Customer/Regulatory Audit programs by collaborating in the identification of process/system level root causes and implementation of timely closed loop corrective actions are followed through to correct and prevent any deficiencies/discrepancies observed in support of Site Leadership



The ideal candidate will satisfy the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Associate degree in Quality Engineering, Business Administration, Quality Management or demonstrated equivalent experience.  Audit experience related to complex manufacturing industry with exacting/demanding requirements. Latest AS9100 QMS body of knowledge training/experience preferred.
  • Should possess proof of AS9100 Lead Auditor training
  • Lean 6 Sigma skills and experience preferred.
  • Accomplished in building positive relationships with co-workers, suppliers, customers and third-party registrars
  • Strong facilitation, oral and written communications to all levels within the organization and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing various business applications/software i.e. Microsoft Excel. Word, PowerPoint preferred
