  • Understands and can coordinate changes to product scope, schedule, and cost program information.
  • Can interface with customers as a primary point of contact representing the company.
  • Able to develop and maintain project implementation schedules and associated milestones for planning, tooling, supplier purchased parts, assembly, and quality functions.
  • Participate in program decision making process, providing schedule, cost, and budget performance status to management. 
  • Provide oversight of assigned programs and or projects timelines.
  • Develop and present reports and briefings to functional, leadership, and executive leadership.
  • Capable of developing plans and schedules of new program implementation. 
  • Experience with the development of work packages and the use of Earned Value Management to track performance.



  • B.A. degree in related discipline and 2-5 years of experience or M.B.A. in related discipline and 2+ years of experience.
  • Excellent Communication and Writing skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Projects
  • Ability to work in Teams, set goals, identify problem solving opportunities and make decisions that support business needs.
  • The successful candidate will typically have a bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering.
  • Project/program management experience, preference for Project Management applicable work experience.  Based on skills and training, additional training may be required to achieve career development goals related to this position.
