  • Lead development of timelines and schedules with milestone dates while monitoring adherence to master phasing plans and requirements.
  • Identify/Mitigate program risks or issues and Implement program opportunities.
  • Conduct briefings and technical meetings with internal and external representatives and support change activities.
  • Monitor and manage program activities to ensure customer satisfaction, profitability, and performance to established performance goals.
  • Perform risk assessments and create/execute mitigation plans based on results.
  • Establish milestones and monitor adherence to master schedules.  
  • Strategize and obtain solutions such as reallocation of resources, application of Lean processes, material change proposals for competitive sourcing and make/buy opportunities. 
  • Lead program projects from start-up through completion.
  • Lead preparation of business proposals, business plans, operating budgets, and contracts financial terms/conditions.
  • Lead development of new business proposals or expanding the product line with the current customers.


  • B.A. degree in related discipline and 5-8 years of experience or M.B.A. in related discipline and 4+ years of experience.
  • Excellent Communication and Writing skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Projects
  • Ability to work in Teams, set goals, identify problem solving opportunities and make decisions that support business needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • The successful candidate will typically have a bachelor's degree and 8 years of related experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering.
  • Project/program management experience, preference for Project Management applicable work experience.  Based on skills and training, additional training may be required to achieve career development goals related to this position.
