  •  Triumph Composite Systems is looking for employee candidates willing to work a full time manufacturing/assembler position that will last anywhere from 5-8 months due to a plant closure in the summer of 2022.
  • This position is performed in a comfortable manufacturing environment and involves employees building small aerospace parts made from composite materials.
  • Starting wage for this position is $20 - $22.50 per hour based on experience.
  • Employees will be trained to perform the following manufacturing tasks;
    • Read work orders to follow step by step instructions for building parts and assemblies.
    • Work with adhesives to attach (bond) detail parts to higher level assemblies.
    • Learn to debur ( remove rough edges) from parts that require additional assembly operations.
    • Apply sealants to edges of parts using small hand tools.
    • Apply adhesives and install small inserts into parts
    • Some employees may be assigned to work in shipping, receiving and tool/supply room processes.
  • On occasion, employees will need to use a computer to access company documents, employee documents and time off requests.
  • On occasion, employees may need to assist in setting up tools and other equipment to perform assembly tasks.
  • Employees will work with Production lead and/or Supervisors if they have questions or need additional assistance to perform the job
  • Employees are required to follow all safety practices and wear required personal protective equipment to includes safety glasses, hearing protections, various gloves and tyvek aprons/labcoat.
  • Employees will be required to follow all Company policies, procedures and work instructions.
  • Overtime opportunities may be available on weekends and extended hours during normal workdays.   


  • High School Diploma, (GED) or equivalent.
  • Safe use of hand and power tools.
  • Ability to follow instruction. (oral and written).
  • Basic computing skills is recommended

  • This position is an IAM union represented position and employees will be required to pay monthly union dues.
