Responsibilities

Triumph Group Inc. is a leader in the design, development, manufacture, repair, sales, and life cycle support of aircraft control and actuation systems and structures. Triumph Aerospace Systems Seattle’s function is to design and integrate systems and structures aboard customer airframes utilizing the broad capabilities of the companies within the Triumph Group companies.

We are seeking a versatile person to assist in our engineering test systems department.  The position will be heavily engaged with design, development and support of testing systems for aerospace components and systems. 

Essential Function of the Job:
1.)    Design, develop and build automated test systems to support acceptance and qualification testing of aerospace parts.
2.)    Write and maintain LabVIEW test software and associated documentation
3.)    Troubleshoot and support test systems.
4.)    Maintain data and ensure data accuracy.
5.)    Collaborate with design and test teams to ensure testing goals are met.
 

Qualifications

1.)    0-2 years of experience; BS or BA preferred
2.)    BSEE or BSME with concentration in Robotics and/or Control Systems 
3.)    LabVIEW experience preferred
4.)    Ability to interpret electrical schematics, hydraulic schematics and test plan procedures.
5.)    Experience with calibration of transducers, signal conditioners, and amplifiers
6.)    Experience with test system fabrication and wiring a plus

1.)    Ability to work in a fast paced collaborative team environment
2.)    Ability to be resourceful and learn on the job. 
3.)    Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic control systems.
