Technician, Assembly Test 3

Operations
- Perform mechanical and electrical assembly, functional tests, test setups, and finish operations on product line per drawings and planning with little to no supervision.
- Determine the sequence of assembly & test operations in conjunction with Manufacturing Engineering and Quality Management System documents to optimize the process and achieve maximum productivity and quality.
- Work with hazardous chemicals such as: Acetone, Alcohol, paints, sealants, adhesives, and conformal coating.
- Prevent and monitor Foreign Object Debris.
- Check and document drawing dimensions using measuring devices.
- Part Mark product using provided equipment/tools.
- Maintain orderly and retrievable records of work performed and complete records of test setups, work orders, photos, and procedures.
- Use computer to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
- Maintain an organized, clean and safe working area.
- Adhere to cleanliness standards. (Pick up after oneself. Clean as you go)
- With assistance, determine root cause and corrective action through failure analysis in conjunction with Manufacturing Engineering, Design Engineering and Quality Control.
- Communicate in a professional manner with managers, supervisors and other associates to resolve job related issues or concerns.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to: walk, stand, sit, talk and hear.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and depth perception.
- The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
