Responsibilities
- The EHS/Facilities Coordinator provides direction and assistance and objectives. In this role, you will work within defined parameters to make decisions and apply concepts to issues of moderate complexity, resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning.
- The EHS/Facilities Coordinator will be the primary focal point EHS/Facility and Maintenance.
- Initiate and influence integration of EHS/Facility policies and practices into the business
- Assist in implementation of EHS/Facility programs and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Assist consultants and contractors on related EHS/Facility issues.
- Administer compliance tracking programs and record keeping systems.
- Assist in conducting EHS/Facility education programs.
- Develop and deploy maintenance and repair standards for facilities
- Develop preventive maintenance procedures, frequencies and schedules on all plant equipment and facilities
Qualifications
- + 2 years of EHS Experience with Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (Highly preferred)
- Associate’s Degree (with 5+ years EHS experience)
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Knowledge of Federal and local State Regulations (OSHA, EPA, DOT, etc.)
