Responsibilities

Accurately count and reconcile inventory levels within our stockrooms. The primary objective is to ensure
the integrity of our inventory data through regular cycle counting activities.


Responsibilities:
Conduct cycle counts of inventory items daily, according to established schedules and procedures.


Utilize inventory management software and handheld devices to record inventory counts and
adjustments accurately.


Learn to perform material transactions and item master updates in ERP system. Including material
issues to work orders, part transfers, sales order picks, inventory adjustments, inventory
reclassifications, and part location changes.


Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical counts and inventory records in a timely
manner.


Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to identify root causes of inventory
discrepancies and implement corrective actions.


Maintain organized and clean work areas, ensuring that inventory counting processes are
conducted efficiently.


Assist in the development and implementation of inventory control policies and procedures to
optimize inventory accuracy.


Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to provide updates on inventory
counts and address any issues or concerns.


Participate in periodic inventory audits and assist with reconciliation processes as needed.
Assist in basic inventory functions as needed. Perform good housekeeping chores in area.


Support the organizations metric goals and objectives.


Abide by all procedures, desk instructions and standard operating documents.


Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and
others.

Qualifications

Qualifications:


High School Diploma, (GED) or equivalent.


Minimum of 1-2 years of inventory, and/or stockroom experience required.


Detail-oriented, motivated, critical thinker.


Previous experience in inventory control, cycle counting, or warehouse operations is highly
desirable.


Proficiency in using inventory management software and handheld devices for data entry and
record-keeping.


Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing inventory counts.


Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
efficiently.


Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with team members and
communicate inventory-related information.


Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team
environment.


Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules, including occasional overtime or
weekend shifts as needed.

Salary Range: $21.12 - $29.82
