Based in Radnor, PA, TRIUMPH’s Corporate Headquarters is located approximately 13 miles west of Philadelphia, in the Main Line suburbs. The office is strategically positioned near the Blue Route (I-476) and the Schuylkill Expressway (I-76) for a convenient vehicle commute. Description
The Project Manager role will manage cross-functional, enterprise wide projects and programs for both IT and business initiatives. This includes determining project scope, timelines, tracking project progress and measuring outcomes. The position will participate and coordinate the activities of project teams to ensure projects are on-time and completed within budget and scope including the RFP, vendor selection, and implementation processes. Examples of projects include but are not limited to, enterprise wide implementations of new applications for the business in relation to Triumph’s Policy Deployment initiatives such as the Automated patching and vulnerability management deployment program which may consist of multiple phases and projects, Windows 11 upgrades, IAM solution replacement, and various network infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
- Work with Program Management Office and Executive Sponsors in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility.
- Deliver project objectives within time, resource, and budget constraints
- Align project execution with the strategy, mission, culture, and ethics of Triumph.
- Address and/or escalate any project related issues or risks
- Determine project specifications, scope, roles, responsibilities, milestones, tasks, and deliverables needed for project execution
- Identify, document, and communicate potential risks that could cause delay in project execution
- Prepare project plans and schedule project work through gates and milestones as identified by Triumph’s project methodologies
- Assemble project teams according to project needs
- Work with Program Management Office, Executive and Business Sponsors in obtaining the necessary approvals for project gates (discovery, planning, execution, go-live, closeout)
- Following Triumph’s standard project methodologies, manage project schedule to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
- Manage and control changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including but not limited to requirements, issues tracking, risk, sponsor updates, meeting notes, etc.

- Document and drive issues through resolution and escalation as necessary
- Manage appropriate communications with both the project team and PMO through weekly, biweekly, and/or monthly meetings
- Develop procedure requirements and plans such as statement of work and RFP’s when needed for the project
- Communicate and escalate any project constraints and risks that arise throughout project execution
- Manage monthly Executive Sponsor meetings
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer or business management or equivalent degree.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good facilitation and analytical skills.
- 5+ years’ experience in an IT Project Management role within an Enterprise environment, in mid-size organizations or larger.
- Strong familiarity with project management process and software
- Ability to interact virtually with all levels in a large environment
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to set/manage priorities, develop a work schedule, monitor progress towards goals, and track details/data/information/activities
- Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies
- Exceptional problem/conflict resolution skills
Qualifications
- Prior experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or a highly regulated industry is a plus.
- PMP Certification a plus
- Have the willingness to see things through to the end.
- Ability to influence people at all levels, make decisions with a strategic mindset.

- Some travel may be required for the purpose of meeting with clients, stakeholders, or off-site personnel/management.
