Based in Radnor, PA, TRIUMPH’s Corporate Headquarters is located approximately 13 miles west of Philadelphia, in the Main Line suburbs. The office is strategically positioned near the Blue Route (I-476) and the Schuylkill Expressway (I-76) for a convenient vehicle commute. With an exclusive shuttle service offered on property, the office offers close proximity to public transportation to stations for SEPTA’s Paoli/Thorndale Line and Norristown High Speed Line. Description

The Enterprise Architect will play a crucial role in shaping and guiding the technological landscape of our organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the advancement of aerospace manufacturing on a global scale.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive enterprise architecture strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT team members, and other key stakeholders to understand current and future business needs and translate them into architectural solutions.
  • Documenting the current state enterprise architecture and maintaining it alongside ongoing projects undertaken by the IT and business.
  • Identify, document, and prioritize opportunities for improvement to increase system performance, security, and cost efficiency.
  • Provide guidance and leadership in the evaluation, selection, and adoption of technology solutions, ensuring compatibility, scalability, and security.
  • Define and enforce architectural standards, policies, and best practices to promote consistency, reliability, and efficiency.
  • Defining organizational requirements for the resources, structures and cultural changes necessary to support the Enterprise Architecture

  • Lead and participate in architecture reviews, technology assessments, and solution design sessions.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and regulatory requirements relevant to aerospace and defense manufacturing.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize business processes.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on enterprise architecture matters, providing guidance and support to IT teams and business stakeholders.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
  • 8+ years’ experience working in information technology, information systems, or business systems, with at least 4 years of experience related to enterprise architecture.
  • Travel will be required for the purpose of meeting with site personnel, Management, and other stakeholders.
  • Proficient knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, methodologies, and tools (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, systems, and technologies (e.g. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Manufacturing Execution System (MES), etc.) is highly preferred.
  • Certifications in enterprise architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF (or similar), are preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing, integrating, and implementing complex, scalable, and secure IT architectures.
  • Proficient in monitoring teams & project progress adjusting for roadblocks or course corrections within architectural design deployments.
