Overview

Triumph is looking for a Senior Accounting Analyst. The role will report directly to the Site Controller and be responsible for completing/supporting aspects of the general accounting process including billing, general ledger reconciliations, accounts receivable, tax compliance, cash flow estimating, overhead cost rates, intercompany AR/AP and various special analyses. This role will be accountable for the full AR process.

Responsibilities

Performs accurate and timely Month-End Close procedures including journal entries and reconciliations and preparation of Month-End Analysis
Review reports and proposals for accuracy and compliance within Company standards
Input monthly journal entries, review general ledger entries, and perform general ledger reconciliations; prepare monthly financial reporting/analysis as requested
Enter and reconcile leasing transactions
Preparation of weekly/monthly cash flow estimates
Post Daily Financial Transactions as assigned
Tax Compliance and Reporting
Participate in Physical Inventory and/or Cycle Count Inventory
Support Audit & Regulatory requests
Project Support and various special analyses as needed
Other Duties as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related discipline.
Experience in manufacturing industry; Aerospace industry experience is preferred.
Minimum 5+ years in finance role showing increased responsibility.
High attention to detail
Flexibility with work hours during high volume workload periods like month end closing and annual physical inventory
Organized and have ability to prioritize multiple projects; Often need to meet tight deadlines
Able to work in team environment
Must be proficient with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, Work, and PowerPoint
Experience in a complex, interactive MRP/ERP environment, actively participating with cross functional teams to complete duties
Ability to utilize analytical, verbal and written communication skills to accurately document, report, and present findings.
