Role Summary/ Essential Responsibilities

This role involves primarily the deburring and hand fitting of high value and complex aerospace components using handheld electrical and pneumatic deburring tools performing operations in line with aerospace specifications and procedures.

This role will also require flexibility to cover all other TSO requirements which will include but not limited to Assembly, Test and Surface Treatments.
 

Qualifications/ Requirements


•    Previous deburring/ fitting experience preferred
•    Have a high level of manual dexterity and good hand to eye coordination.
•    Have a high attention to detail
•    Demonstrate flexibility to support the changing demands of the business
•    Be capable of inspecting and certifying own work to ensure conformity to specification
•    Be able to understand and work to process specifications
•    Have a methodical approach to work
•    Be able to maintain records and documentation
•    Show flexibility with regard to working hours including working overtime where required
•    Have a positive attitude towards Health & Safety and Environmental issues
•    Be able to work both independently and part of a team
