Short Description

The Parts Mark worker at Triumph Gear Systems is responsible for the operation and basic maintenance of Parts Mark machines in the Parts Mark Department.  The Parts Mark Worker must be able to produce high-quality products according to Triumph Gear Systems Mill department operations manual. This is a 2nd shift position (5pm - 5am) but will initially be placed on 1st shift for training purposes for a short period of time (1 - 3 months). 


  • Clock in & out of appropriate job operations
  • Read, interpret and apply information from engineering drawings
  • Adhere to job plans per job travelers
  • Set-up multiple types of jobs with fixtures
  • Operate all Parts Mark equipment and associated machines
  • Basic Maintenance of Parts Mark machines
  • First part quality inspections
  • Use precision measurement equipment
  • Consistently produce quality parts
  • Adhere to directions and instructions of team leader


  • 2+ Years of Parts Mark Operations
  • High School Diploma
  • Post-Secondary CNC Related Certificate or degree preferred
  • Self-directed problem solver
  • Positive attitude
  • Good communication skills
