Job Overview

We are looking for an experience Process Engineer to analyzes, researches, designs and develops materials and their related fabrication and application processes to develop and optimize materials for use in engineering design of and/or application in structures, systems and subsystems.


  • Working from customer prints, the Process Engineer evaluates products and prepares operational plans to be used by manufacturing.
  • Eligible candidates must have a gear or similar precision part manufacturing background.
  • A working knowledge of GD&T and tolerance stack-ups is necessary.
  • The ability to work at a senior or checker skill level is desirable as is working with minimal supervision.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Process or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • 3-5 manufacturing experience (Aerospace/Machining preferred) will consider a new college grad.
  • Gear or similar precision part manufacturing background preferred.
  • Working knowledge of GD&T and tolerance stack-ups is necessary.
  • CAD experience.
  • AutoCAD and Inventor a plus.
  • Aerospace marketplace knowledge preferred.
