  • Complies with Triumph Group Code of Business Conduct, as well as safety regulations.
  • Able to troubleshoot and resolve incident tickets.
  • Analyze and design the IT infrastructure requirements.
  • Works closely with corporate IT teams to resolve issues with corporate applications, and to implement corporate initiatives in a timely manner.
  • Maintains network diagrams, and error logs, researches user needs and works closely with users to alleviate issues. 
  • Manages site tickets, which are created in the corporate help desk application, and escalates tickets, as necessary.
  • Diagnoses, identifies, isolates, and analyzes problems related to company hardware, software, network and telecommunications systems, and resolves said issues.  Alerts manager to recurring problems and/or patterns of problems. 
  • Provides technical support for computers and associated networks.  Installs, troubleshoots, services and repairs company owned computer hardware, including desktops, laptops, servers, telecommunications devices, and backup media.  Provides communication, training and/or training manuals to assist users with new technologies.
  • Follows all onboarding processes, and computer build list for new hire rollouts.
  • Supports HPTs by supplying data and updating charts daily.
  • Assists with Accounting, Aftermarket and Human Resource functions, as needed.
  • Maintain shift/schedule flexibility, provide on-call support and customer service 24x7x365 as needed
  • 25% travel in support of site, regional and project priorities  


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, or related discipline with 3-5 years of practical experience (required)
  • Experience supporting public manufacturing businesses; experience in aerospace (plus)
  • Experience with SOX compliance, DFARS compliance, and ITAR Security requirements (plus)
  • Experience in aerospace & defense (plus) 
  • Experience in LEAN, SIX SIGMA, and ITIL methodologies (plus)
