Responsibilities
- Coordinate part tracking and expediting activities, communicate change requirements to Purchasing & Production.
- Perform ERP system data integrity maintenance.
- Assist in planning/scheduling duties.
- Perform data entry, run status reports, file and perform other general administrative duties as needed.
- Lead special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Actively working towards Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or like field.
- Must demonstrate a strong work ethic, leadership abilities and possess interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated track record of academic performance 2.75 accumulative GPA or better
- Must demonstrate effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Have the willingness to learn, be mentored, and improve.
- Solid Understanding of concepts of inventory flow, inventory management, and planning
- Pursuant to International Traffic Arms Regulations (“ITAR”) and the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”), applicants for SELECT positions will be required to provide proof of U.S. Citizenship, U.S. Permanent Residence, or U.S. Immigration Status in order to meet the minimum qualifications for those select positions.
