Responsibilities

Working under close supervision of designated Contracts/Project Managers and department personnel, responsible for performing any combination of contracts administration and associated support duties which require a broad understanding of business administration and law business law.  Perform a wide variety of projects, reviewing contracts, determining compliance with contracts, locating hardware and performing shipment updates and follow-ups.

  • Coordinate program tracking and expediting activities, communicate change requirements to Program Managers and customers.
  • Perform ERP system data integrity maintenance.
  • Assist Program Management professionals in contract administration duties.
  • Perform data entry, run status reports, file and perform other general administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Actively working towards Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Management.
  • Must demonstrate a strong work ethic, leadership abilities and possess interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of academic performance 2.75 accumulative GPA or better
  • Must demonstrate effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with others and be a participative team player.
  • Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card).
  • Starting pay is $15.00 an hour and the term of this internship will be for 3-6 months.
