Job Summary

The Senior Analyst, Enterprise Supply Chain position is a key role within Triumph Group’s Enterprise Supply Chain Team that supports/leads the continued development and usage of BI applications and reports. This role directly reports to the Sr. BI Manager and is responsible for gathering and interpreting requirements and developing reports using an appropriate BI solution. The role will also work directly with IT and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the integrity of all source data is accurate. key role within Triumph Group’s Enterprise Supply Chain Team that supports/leads the continued development and usage of BI applications and reports. 

This position can be a remote role with 25% travel to Triumph Group locations. 


A successful candidate must have sound judgment, strong interpersonal skills and customer service mindset to explain complex technical issues in business terms to the Enterprise Supply Chain Team. Must be able to work within a dynamic and matrixed organization and on cross functional teams. Preferred candidate will be able to provide training to the Enterprise, OpCo, and Site Supply Chain Teams on Qlik Sense Dashboards, while resolving issues that range from basic to highly complex technical issues. This role requires strong analytical skills as well as the ability to communicate/translate large data sets into compelling stories. The individual should be a self-starter, comfortable working independently and in a team environment with remote global stakeholders. 

A strong candidate will have a great opportunity for accelerated advancement within Supply Chain Management and Information Technology from the experience gained by working on high impact projects and exposure to senior levels of the organization. Will have the ability to work across multiple sub functions to get exposure to different aspects of the Supply Chain and Information Technology. Needs to have a bias for action attitude and looks to further develop their knowledge in Business Intelligence tools.

Key Accountabilities

  • Supply Chain Data Systems focal that supports the further development of the BI applications and reports.
  • Optimizing dashboards with the focus on usability, performance, flexibility and standardization
  • Data modeling, cleansing and transformation activities
  • End-to-end implementation of BI projects to develop automated KPI reporting, monitoring, and alerting.
  • Developing workflows to enhance business user experience 



  • Bachelor’s Degree is required; MBA/Master’s Degree is a plus
  • 3-4 years of relevant experience in supply chain ERP systems (ie JD Edwards, Epicor, Syteline)
  • 1-2 year of BI Solutions supporting supply chain performance optimization/reporting
  • Prefer 1-2 years of Qlikview or Qlik Sense BI supply chain performance optimization/reporting
  • Experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Must have the ability to prioritize requirements
  • SQL Server, PowerPoint, VBA experience is a plus.
  • Ability to travel ~25%
