Job Summary

This role is a critical leader on the Triumph Finance team, responsible for risk management, driving working capital initiatives, intercompany funding, repatriation, and optimizing corporate cash worldwide. He/she will work closely with regional treasury teams, tax, accounting, and legal in ensuring that the business is appropriately and efficiently funded globally. He/she will be leading special projects related to working capital, cash, liquidity and financings.  The role will be critical in maintaining and enhancing the Company’s 13 week cash flow forecasting.   The role reports to the Assistant Treasurer and has direct exposure to Treasurer. 


  • Manage and handle all aspects of various insurance programs, including gathering and analyzing exposure data, preparing board presentations, as well as managing broker relationships
  • Oversee Enterprise Risk Management Program, including management of risk register, steering committee meetings, and preparation of board materials
  • Drive the company’s customer credit program
  • Work with Treasurer and Assistant Treasurer to assist with day to day treasury operations
  • Manage the company’s global cash and liquidity needs based on business operations
  • Help direct the development, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of a 13-week cash flow forecast for the company and related segments.
  • Help support rating agency relationships, including providing data and analysis
  • Manage global FX program which requires evaluation and reporting of natural exposure and hedges
  • Support M&A activities related to the treasury functions, including due diligence and treasury integration
  • Support business units on projects and initiatives including possible third-party financing options
  • Manage registration and documentation for regulatory requirements, such as FBAR, SOX, and 1099 filings 
  • Prepare global treasury policies
  • Other areas of responsibility:
    • Bank Portals
    • Intercompany loans including foreign entities repatriation
    • Supply Chain Finance programs
    • AR Securitization program
    • Letter of Credit issuance
    • Review of Bank Fees
    • Capital Leases




  • BS/BA degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, CTP or MBA preferred
  • Experienced finance professional with significant corporate finance and treasury experience at a global organization
  • 13 Week cash flow forecasting experience
  • 5-7 + years of experience in corporate treasury/FP&A and/or banking
  • Big 4 experience a plus
  • Work experience must also include increasing levels of responsibility

  • Business acumen and knowledge of treasury and foreign currencies
  • Highly proficient using complete Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) and PC skills

  • Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced, and rapidly changing business environments
  • Ability to handle multiple and competing priorities
