Job Summary Function

This role is a critical leader on the Triumph Finance team, responsible for corporate development, including acquisitions and divestitures, capital structure planning, 13-week forecasting, and liquidity management. This person will work closely with treasury, tax, accounting, legal, and the business operating companies in driving the inorganic growth strategy and securing funding for the company.  The role will also be critical in maintaining and enhancing the Company’s 13-week cash flow forecasting.   The role reports to the Treasurer and Head of M&A.


  • Direct the development, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of a 13-week cash flow forecast for the company and related segments
  • Present 13-week findings to the senior management team on a weekly basis
  • Help support rating agency relationships, including providing data and analysis
  • Develop robust analyses around capital structure planning and liquidity forecasting
  • Conduct detailed financial and accounting analysis used in the evaluation of M&A transactions, including divestitures and acquisitions
  • Coordinate and project manage M&A diligence across various functions
  • Develop and maintain robust M&A pipeline
  • Conduct industry and company research 


Requirements & Qualification


  • BS/BA degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred
  • Experienced finance professional with significant corporate finance and corporate development at a global organization
  • 13-Week cash flow forecasting and strong financial modeling experience
  • 5-7 + years of experience in corporate development, management consulting, private equity, FP&A and/or investment banking
  • Big 4 experience a plus
  • Work experience must also include increasing levels of responsibility


  • Exceptional analytical skills with attention to details. Strong financial modeling and presentation skills
  • Strong desire to develop a deep understanding of the Aerospace industry and company capabilities
  • Must understand complex spreadsheets, financial modeling, and financial reporting
